The neoprene holder has a Velcro patch to attach to an armband or the Hold-a-Phone cell phone holder. This holder will allow you to use the inhaler without taking the inhaler out of the holder. The neoprene inhaler can be worn on the wrist or arm and eliminate the need to carry the inhaler in a pocket or dangle around the neck; and has a loop to affix to a key ring or insert a strap.
